Questions, answered.
What people usually ask before they get in touch.
Yes. It's often the way in. We'll always ask a few questions first, because the thing you ask for and the thing holding the business back aren't always the same.
Then we'll talk about the website or the ads. We'll still ask how the business makes money and who it's for, because a website built without those answers rarely works.
Whatever your experience could carry that your business doesn't yet. It might be more sites, another country, a model other people pay to use, or the same business at a much larger scale.
People who've spent years getting very good at something, in any industry, whether the business is established or new. Many first get in touch about marketing.
No. You need experience and something real built from it. What matters most is what it could carry.
Yes. Strategy is led from London and the team is international. Some of what we build is for launches in other countries.
It depends on the work. On a venture, £1,000 a month for the first six months while we build it, then a share of what the venture earns. A retained engagement starts from £4,000 a month, scoped after the first conversation. A project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start.
On the ventures we build, we work with one person in each industry, so we never build a competitor to someone we already work with.
No, and we're wary of anyone who does before they've seen your business. We'll show you what we think is possible and why, then report what happens.
Yes, where it makes the work better or faster. A person checks everything before it reaches you, and if you'd like to know where AI was used, ask and we'll tell you.
We reply within one working day, and the first call usually follows within the week. Once we start, the diagnosis and the plan take about three weeks, and the build follows the order the plan sets.
